Duties:

Lead cost planning, budgeting, cashflow forecasting, and cost control across high‑value projects.
*
Administer contracts, negotiate variations, and manage final account settlements.
*
Oversee procurement and tendering—prepare bills of quantities, assess bids, and select subcontractors.
*
Produce cost reports and monthly financial updates (CVRs, value reconciliations, risk logs).
*
Mentor junior QS staff and collaborate with project teams to resolve commercial issues
