The Opportunity Our client, a leading Tier 1 contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team within the water industry . Operating across major infrastructure and utilities frameworks, they deliver high-value projects supporting critical water and environmental services across the UK. This is a key role with responsibility for managing the commercial performance of projects from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities Lead commercial management across multiple water infrastructure projects
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and contract administration
Manage risk, variations, and ensure contractual compliance
Work closely with project teams, clients, and supply chain partners
Mentor and support junior commercial staff
