An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a privately owned, prime central London residential developer delivering high-end, design-led projects in some of the capital’s most prestigious locations.

This established business specialises in luxury single residences, complex period refurbishments, boutique apartment schemes, and bespoke new-build homes. Individual project values typically range from £5m to £50m+.

This is a rare opportunity to work on super-prime residential developments within a quality-driven, discreet, and highly professional environment.

The Role

As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for high-value residential schemes from pre-construction through to completion.

Key responsibilities include:

End-to-end cost management

Procurement and management of specialist subcontract packages

Budget control, forecasting, and CVR reporting

Managing variations and contractual compliance (JCT)

Value engineering while maintaining design quality

Working closely with development, design, and construction teams

Reporting to senior leadership

About You

Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects

Strong background in complex refurbishments and structural works

Experience managing projects in the £5m – £50m+ range

Excellent commercial and contractual knowledge

Detail-oriented, professional, and quality-focused

Comfortable operating in a high-expectation, design-led environment
