Senior Quantity Surveyor£38p/h-50p/h HounslowThe On-Site Group are looking for aSeniorQuantity Surveyor to work on a project atHounslow.As anSeniorQuantity Surveyoryou will be responsible for: Identify commercial risks and protect company marginSupport senior leadership with strategic commercial planningOversee procurement, tendering & subcontractor negotiationsPrepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reportsMonitor and report on project costs through all stagesAssess and understand contracts to identify potential risks and liabilitiesCollaborate with project teams to ensure accurate forecasting and cost controlCommunicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignmentEssential Skills and Qualifications: Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Construction processes, regulations, and different building contracts. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant QS software. Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
