Senior Quantity Surveyor £38p/h-50p/h Hounslow The On-Site Group are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a project at Hounslow . As an Senior Quantity Surveyoryou will be responsible for: Identify commercial risks and protect company margin Support senior leadership with strategic commercial planning Oversee procurement, tendering & subcontractor negotiations Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports Monitor and report on project costs through all stages Assess and understand contracts to identify potential risks and liabilities Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate forecasting and cost control Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure clarity and alignment Essential Skills and Qualifications: Industry Knowledge: Understanding of Construction processes, regulations, and different building contracts. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant QS software. Analytical Skills: Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
