The Opportunity

A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a global, award-winning fit out contractor, recognised for delivering exceptional commercial interiors across the UK and internationally.

This role offers the chance to commercially lead high-profile framework fit out projects in Central London, acting as a key point of contact for all commercial matters while reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

What You’ll Be Doing

Commercially leading a portfolio of framework fit out projects across Central London

*

Overseeing cost planning, procurement, and subcontract management

*

Leading commercial reporting: CVRs, forecasting, and final accounts

*

Managing and mentoring junior commercial team members as required

*

Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful commercial outcomes

*

Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, framework agreements, and commercial best practices

*

Managing variations, valuations, and risk mitigation processes

What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience working on framework fit out schemes (essential)

*

Strong background in commercial fit out or refurbishment projects

*

Sound knowledge of JCT contracts and cost management processes

*

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills

*

Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

*

Ambitious, proactive, and client-focused
