UK-based team focused exclusively on the US market Strong client base with an increasing focus on retained and engaged work Average billing of $35k per consultant over the last 6 months $750k billed in the last quarter Long-term partnerships with several US clients

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing and growing your own US desk from London Working closely with our NYC-based team (WeWork, FiDi) Developing client relationships across the US market Building toward more retained and strategic work Collaborating with high-performing peers in a growing team

International Exposure

Regular, fully expensed business trips to New York Day-to-day collaboration with our on-the-ground US team Opportunity to build a genuine US network while remaining UK-based Clear scope to step into leadership from year two onwards Opportunity to help grow and shape the team as it scales Longer-term global travel and relocation opportunities available

What We’re Looking For

Experienced recruiter (any market background considered) Interest in or experience working the US market Commercial mindset and strong billing capability Comfortable working in a hybrid, office-based team environment
