The Role:

• End-to-end delivery across technology, quant, and trading mandates
• Direct exposure to established, elite buy-side clients
• Research-driven search, not transactional recruitment - Quality over volume

About You:

• 12+ months in recruitment or professional sales
• Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and measured
• Motivated by performance, not activity metrics
