You will work under the guidance of an experienced Branch Manager, who will provide ongoing mentoring and support your personal development.
We are a busy, fast-paced office where standards and expectations are high, with a strong focus on compliance and quality at all times.
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Talking to and influencing decision-makers at all levels, selling our recruitment services
- Making daily sales calls to prospective clients
- Attending client meetings
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate attraction through to placement and aftercare
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in temporary recruitment
- Experience selling to and influencing decision-makers at all levels
- Excellent communication skills
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
Working for Pertemps:
- Location: Stoke-on-Trent
- Competitive base salary of £27,000 £30,000 + commission
- 32 xbpsjku days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing by one day each year
