As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for: Talking to and influencing decision-makers at all levels, selling our recruitment services Making daily sales calls to prospective clients Attending client meetings Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate attraction through to placement and aftercare The ideal candidate will have: A proven track record in temporary recruitment Experience selling to and influencing decision-makers at all levels Excellent communication skills A full UK driving licence (essential) Working for Pertemps: Location: Stoke-on-Trent Competitive base salary of £27,000 £30,000 + commission 32 xehkeey days annual leave (including bank holidays), increasing by one day each year Share Incentive Scheme (SIS) 16-week comprehensive training programme Opportunity to gain a professional recruitment qualification (MREC CertRP) Clear opportunities for career progression and development Perkbox (high street retailer and gym membership discounts) If this sounds like a role that would excite you, apply now.
