The Role

As a 360 Consultant, you will:

• Build and manage a network of high-quality clients and candidates
• Develop new business while growing existing accounts
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle
• Lead complex negotiations and close deals
• Act as a market expert and thought leader
• Collaborate with your team to deliver on targets
• Mentor and support junior consultants
• Represent and promote the 11 Investments brand

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in agency recruitment (360 model)
• Strong track record of hitting individual and team revenue targets
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High levels of motivation and accountability
• Commercial mindset with a desire to grow market share
• A collaborative, feedback-driven approach
• Someone who genuinely enjoys recruitment and mentoring others
