European Tech Recruiter (360)- Contract or Perm

London | High-Growth Tech Recruitment Specialist | Established Accounts


We’re partnering with a high-performing, boutique technology recruitment business that’s built a strong reputation across Europe through deep market knowledge, long-term client relationships, and a genuinely human approach to recruitment.


With continued growth across their European markets, they’re now looking to hire an experienced 360 recruiter to join the team and work closely with one of their top billers.


The Role:

This is a 360 recruitment position, giving you ownership across the full lifecycle:

  • Business development across European tech markets (Benelux & Nordics focus)
  • Managing and expanding existing key accounts (including some of their largest European clients)
  • Delivering on both contract and/or permanent mandates
  • Partnering closely with a high-performing senior consultant to maximise revenue opportunities
  • Building deep candidate networks across tech verticals (software, data, infrastructure, cyber etc.


You’ll be stepping into a business that already has:

  • A well-established contract desk with strong delivery capability
  • Proven client relationships across Europe
  • A reputation for quality over volume recruitment


Market & Specialisms:

  • Core regions: Benelux & Nordics
  • Focus areas: Technology, Digital & Change (software engineering, data, infrastructure, cyber)
  • Mix of contract and permanent hiring solutions across multiple industries


What They’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a 360 recruitment role (tech preferred)
  • Strong billing track record
  • Experience in European markets
  • Someone collaborative, commercially driven, and relationship-led
