A leading international professional services firm is seeking a Global Senior Reward Advisor to join its HR team on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of strategic reward initiatives across multiple regions, working closely with senior stakeholders and international HR teams.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Global Senior Reward Manager in defining salary ranges and managing global job matching and levelling processes in collaboration with external consultants. Act as a key point of contact for international HR teams, providing guidance and support on reward-related matters. Collaborate with internal systems teams to assess the feasibility of implementing advanced compensation tools across global offices. Coordinate the annual salary review process, including spreadsheet preparation, data analysis, and final approvals. Deliver ad hoc data analysis and reporting for senior stakeholders. Contribute to the design and implementation of a new global bonus model. Partner with external technology providers to update benefits eligibility rules in line with evolving organisational structures.
