Senior Sales Associate


We are looking for a confident, commercially minded Senior Sales Associate to join a vibrant boutique team in central London. This is a fashion-led luxury lifestyle brand known for its colourful resortwear, premium swimwear and holiday-inspired collections, bringing a fresh and distinctive energy to the customer experience.


In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service, building strong relationships with both new and existing customers, and driving sales through expert product knowledge, styling and clienteling. You will support the wider team in creating an engaging and upbeat store environment, while maintaining the high standards expected of a premium luxury brand.


Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding one-to-one customer service.
  • Build and maintain a strong client book through proactive clienteling.
  • Drive sales through styling, cross-selling and upselling.
  • Support daily store operations and uphold brand standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve store targets.
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge across swimwear, resortwear and accessories.


About you:

  • Experienced in premium or luxury retail.
  • A strong communicator with a natural ability to build rapport.
  • Commercially aware, proactive and target-driven.
  • Passionate about styling, client experience and brand storytelling.
  • Positive, energetic and confident working in a fast-paced boutique environment.
