This is a high-impact role for a proven sales professional who thrives in a fast-moving, innovative environment and is passionate about bringing cutting-edge AI technology to enterprise clients. You\'ll be instrumental in shaping our UK market presence and building lasting relationships with some of the most exciting brands in the region.What You\'ll DoBuild and maintain a robust sales pipeline, identifying and prioritising high-value opportunities across key verticals including retail, eCommerce, finance, travel, and beautyDevelop and execute an annual UK sales strategy aligned to Behamics\' ambitious growth targetsOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting and outreach through to close, meeting or exceeding annual revenue quotaLeverage sales intelligence tools and behavioural data insights to identify new leads and nurture long-term prospect relationshipsBuild strategic partnerships and cultivate senior-level relationships with decision-makers across enterprise accountsCollaborate closely with sales leadership, marketing, and customer success to refine messaging and drive cohesive go-to-market executionWhat You\'ll BringBachelor\'s degree or equivalent professional experience5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, MarTech, eCommerce technology, or AI-driven platformsA demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding quota and closing complex, enterprise-level dealsStrong consultative selling skills with the ability to communicate sophisticated technology solutions to non-technical stakeholdersExcellent relationship-building instincts and a natural ability to engage at C-suite and VP levelSelf-motivated, highly organised, and comfortable working in a scale-up environment where you can shape and own your territoryWhat\'s On OfferCompetitive OTE of £120k-£180k (base + commission)The opportunity to join a high-growth, award-winning company at a pivotal moment in its UK expansionA genuinely differentiated product with proven ROI and strong enterprise customer testimonialsCollaborative, international team culture with room to grow your career alongside the businessBehamics is an equal opportunity employer.
