The Role As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be a key driver of new business growth and a trusted relationship manager for some of the most influential names in the residential property sector. You'll have the autonomy to strategise, innovate, and make a tangible commercial impact. This role suits a confident, proactive sales professional who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and is passionate about the property industry. Key Responsibilities
Identify and convert new business opportunities across the UK Develop and deliver compelling presentations that bring the company's offering to life Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with residential property professionals Provide regular pipeline and opportunity reporting to the Group Sales Director Represent the business at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage AI‑powered outreach tools Act as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering a consistently high standard of service
About You
Based in Manchester or the surrounding area, with an established network across the local and regional property market Background in Estate Agency, BTR, or a related property discipline Proven track record in B2B sales and business development, with the confidence to open doors and grow accountsStrong communicator who builds trust quickly and maintains long‑term client relationships with ease Commercially minded with the ability to manage and grow a pipeline independently Enthusiastic about innovation, technology, and staying ahead of industry trends
