Duties and responsibilities related to the SeniorSales Manager role Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on corporate, diplomatic, and new business development to drive revenue and market growth
Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers across multinational corporations, embassies, and local business networks
Lead contract negotiations and prepare tailored proposals for corporate accounts, ensuring alignment with brand standards and pricing integrity
Represent the hotel at trade shows, diplomatic events, and industry forums to generate leads and elevate brand visibility
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and inform proactive sales strategies
About You You bring proven experience in sales management within the premium hospitality sector, ideally in a hotel environment. With strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills, you take a proactive approach to uncovering opportunities and driving revenue growth. Professional, adaptable, and client-focused, you excel at cultivating long-term business relationships while consistently aligning your efforts with broader commercial objectives.
