About the Role

We’re hiring for a global financial services organization with operations in over 200 countries. This London-based role is ideal for a seasoned recruiter with a strong track record in finance and legal hiring across Europe and APAC. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and hiring teams to shape recruitment strategies and deliver top talent across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for finance, legal, and other non-technical roles across international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic consulting on hiring plans and talent pipeline development.
  • Utilize internal applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate flow and documentation.
  • Collaborate with global peers to ensure consistency and quality in the recruitment process.
  • Navigate multiple recruitment streams across various European countries with flexibility and insight.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of in-house recruitment experience, particularly in finance and legal domains.
  • Proven experience recruiting across Europe and APAC.
  • Strong ability to build trust and credibility with senior leadership.
  • Deep understanding of modern recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Excellent consulting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with in-house candidate management systems (ATS/CRM tools).
  • Ability to collaborate transparently and effectively within a global recruitment team.
  • Fluency in French or German is required.
