Senior Transformation Manager , you'll lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that directly support our strategic objectives, from profitability and efficiency to customer experience and ESG. Reporting to the Director of Transformation, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering £10m+ EBITDA value creation, working at pace across operations, commercial, IT and senior leadership to unlock sustainable growth and competitive advantage. Take a look at the below to understand what you'll be doing as Senior Transformation Manager: Lead strategic value creation initiatives aligned to our Private Equity roadmap and future sale ambitions Own and steer complex, cross-functional programmes, breaking them into clear, deliverable workstreams with accountable owners Drive initiatives spanning new product launches, automation & AI, operational efficiency, M&A support and cost transformation Identify, assess and build compelling business cases, covering financial, operational, IT and resourcing impacts Deliver clear, confident executive-level updates, including direct engagement with the Executive Team and Shareholder Board Lead advanced problem solving and process improvement, using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, value stream mapping and data-led analysis Embed effective change management, ensuring initiatives land, stick and deliver value Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, influencing senior leaders and developing change capability across the business Still interested? Here are the core capabilities we are looking for: Proven experience delivering large-scale transformation and continuous improvement in fast-paced environments (logistics or retail preferred) Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience driving value and managing investment trade-offs Confidence influencing at Executive, C-Suite and Shareholder Board level Deep experience in process improvement, analytics and structured change frameworks A delivery mindset — resilient, adaptable and outcomes-focused Qualifications in Lean / Six Sigma, project management and degree-level education are advantageous.
