Key Responsibilities
- Lead the mechanical building services elements of major construction projects.
- Oversee design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and best practices.
- Drive innovation and sustainability in mechanical services solutions.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of mechanical building services and project lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
