Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the mechanical building services elements of major construction projects.
  • Oversee design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure project success.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health & safety standards, and best practices.
  • Drive innovation and sustainability in mechanical services solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget.


Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of mechanical building services and project lifecycle.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
