Key Responsibilities of a Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor
Act as the first point of contact for customers in the service department Book in vehicles for service, repair, and maintenance Liaise with workshop staff to ensure updates are communicated clearly Handle customer queries and complaints professionally Raise job cards and invoices accurately Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Skills and Qualifications for a Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor / Automotive Service Advisor
Essential
