Role: Service Coordinator

Rate: £16.70 per hour (Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours)

Duration: 6 months, with potential extension (Maternity Cover)

About the Role

Are you experienced in customer service and seeking a new hybrid contract opportunity in Daresbury Park, Warrington, Cheshire, WA4?

NES Fircroft is assisting a collaborative company in recruiting a Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

1. Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers by managing requirements and enquiries.
2. Review quality, schedules, and safety requirements, ensuring all parties fulfill contractual obligations.
3. Manage reporting and documentation, ensuring data is promptly registered in the system.
4. Coordinate and oversee service jobs, including resources, spare parts, and logistics.
5. Manage the service order process from quotation and procurement to invoicing and cash collection.

Candidate Requirements

• Excellent customer service, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good numeracy skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Arrangements

Hybrid working model after training – 2 days working from home.
