The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of projects and services while driving customer satisfaction and account growth. This role blends operational excellence with strategic client engagement to strengthen long‑term relationships and expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Manage end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, cost, and quality standards
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary client contact and build trusted relationships
  • Resource & Financial Management: Optimize resource utilization and ensure profitability
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Quality & Governance: Ensure compliance with organizational standards and delivery governance
  • Pre‑Sales Support: Support proposals, estimations, and solution presentations with sales teams
  • Account Growth: Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand account footprint
  • Reporting & Metrics: Provide delivery status updates, dashboards, and performance insights
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and automation for efficiency

Skills & Experience

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and business acumen
  • Proven experience in service or project delivery management
  • Hands‑on experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools
