Role Description

Chesamel Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee and ensure the seamless delivery of services to our clients. As a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London, you will be responsible for managing service delivery operations, maintaining client satisfaction, and optimizing service processes. Key activities include leading service improvements, managing IT service workflows, overseeing customer service interactions, and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.


Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Service Delivery Management and ensuring seamless, efficient services
  • Experience in managing Customer Satisfaction, building robust client relationships, and addressing service-related concerns
  • Strong skills in Service Delivery and IT Service Management, with a focus on streamlined operations and adherence to SLAs
  • Well-developed Customer Service skills, including stakeholder communication and problem resolution
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational efficiency
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes or similar frameworks is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
