Application Support Lead - London (4 days per week in the office) - £70,000


Please note: This position does not offer sponsorship. Applicants must have full legal eligibility to work in the UK and be able to commute to the office 4–5 days per week.


La Fosse is collaborating with a London-based client to appoint a Application Support Lead within a well-established organisation. The successful candidate will oversee the smooth operation and performance of critical digital platforms, including marketing automation, CMS, websites, and analytics tools, supporting marketing teams to deliver efficient, data-driven campaigns.


Key Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience managing Jira Service Desk or comparable IT/service management systems.
  • Skilled in tracking and handling service requests, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Solid understanding of SLA compliance and response time expectations, with consistent updates on ticket progress.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in basic to intermediate SQL for maintaining and cross-checking marketing platform data against databases.
  • Familiarity with Python is advantageous, but not mandatory; training is available.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SMS and WhatsApp integrations.
  • Experience with website management, including CMS usage, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance tasks.


Interview Process: 2 stages over teams.
