Service Desk Lead - London (office based, 4 days per week in the office) - £50,000 to £60,000
Please note: This position does not offer sponsorship. Applicants must have full legal eligibility to work in the UK and be able to commute to the office 4 days per week.
La Fosse is collaborating with a London-based client to appoint a Support Desk Lead within a well-established organisation.
The successful candidate will oversee the smooth operation and performance of critical digital platforms, including marketing automation, CMS, websites, and analytics tools, supporting marketing teams to deliver efficient, data-driven campaigns.
Key requirements:
- Experience managing Jira Service Desk or similar IT/service management platforms.
- Ability to monitor and manage service requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Strong understanding of SLA adherence and response time management, with clear communication of ticket status.
Technical skills:
- Basic to intermediate SQL querying to maintain and compare marketing platform data against databases.
- Python knowledge is a plus but not essential; training can be provided.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and tools, including SMS and WhatsApp functionalities.
- Website management knowledge (CMS, troubleshooting, or basic maintenance).
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to support smooth operation of integrated platforms.
Interview process: 2 stages
1st stage = 30 minute screening call
2nd stage = Virtual Technical interview
