What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

• Solid background in Domain-Separated ITSM within ServiceNow.
• Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Ability to translate business requirements into efficient workflows and automation, while prioritizing tasks to align with business objectives.

Technical Expertise

• Skilled in managing ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and system integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities for complex issues and performance optimization.
• Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, Business Rules).
• Experienced in workflow and automation tools (Flow Designer, UI Policies, Scheduled Jobs, Inbound Actions).
• Knowledge of CMDB and Asset Management, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and maintaining data integrity.
• Integration development experience using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and Webhooks.

Nice to Have

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-ITSM, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping, etc.).
• ITIL v4 Foundation Certification (preferred but not essential).
