As a Shift Manager at Ottolenghi Chelsea, youll play a key role in delivering joyful guest experiences while supporting, guiding, and inspiring your team throughout each service.
The Ideal Shift Manager at Ottolenghi Chelsea will:
Lead front-of-house operations during service, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for both guests and team members
Support colleagues on the floor, at the till, and with takeaway customers while maintaining a calm and professional presence
Welcome guests and manage their journey from arrival to departure, always providing warm, thoughtful service
Handle guest feedback with empathy and generosity, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism
Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, and Head Chef to uphold service and operational excellence
Help train, support, and mentor new team members in Ottolenghis hospitality standards and service values
Promote a harmonious environment by supporting coordination between the kitchen, floor, and retail teams
Stay organised, proactive, and solution-focused in a dynamic and fast-paced setting
