Job Title: Shipping & Receiving Specialist Lead Location: Telford Salary: £38 - 42,000

Key Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all customer shipments to meet delivery schedules Ensure all shipping paperwork, labels, and advance shipping notifications are accurate and compliant with customer requirements Use SAP and business systems to manage shipping activities Work with customers and third‑party logistics providers to ensure safe and timely collection of goods Prevent incorrect deliveries and lead investigations if delivery issues occur Obtain quotes, book, and track freight when required Coordinate supplier deliveries and ensure goods are receipted correctly and booked into stock Support goods receiving activities and report any delivery discrepancies Ensure all materials meet Quality Standards (MQS) and TS/IATF requirements Coordinate all import and export shipments for suppliers and customers Ensure all customs documentation is complete, accurate, and submitt...
