Job Title: Social Housing Refurbishment Manager (EWI)\nLocation: Bradford\nRate: £240–£260 per day\nStart: Immediate\nContract: Ongoing\n\nWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Social Housing Refurbishment Manager to join a regional subcontractor delivering external refurbishment works across social housing properties in Bradford.\n\nThis is an immediate start role with ongoing work available for the right candidate.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Managing day-to-day site operations on social housing refurbishment projects\n\n * \n\n Overseeing External Wall Insulation (EWI) installations and associated external works\n\n * \n\n Coordinating subcontractors, site teams, and material deliveries\n\n * \n\n Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to required quality standards\n\n * \n\n Maintaining strong communication with clients, tenants, and the project team\n\n * \n\n Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience managing social housing refurbishment projects\n\n * \n\n Strong experience delivering EWI programmes\n\n * \n\n Ideally a working knowledge of Structherm systems\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively\n\n * \n\n Strong organisational and communication skills\n\nCertifications Required:\n\n * \n\n CSCS Card\n\n * \n\n SMSTS\n\n * \n\n First Aid at Work\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n\n * \n\n £240–£260 per day (DOE)\n\n * \n\n Immediate start\n\n * \n\n Ongoing contract with a well-established regional subcontractor
