Job Description

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a new build school extension project running through to October 2026.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and highly organised individual with strong paperwork and site management capabilities to join a well-established project team.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nDay -to-day management of site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification\nOverseeing subcontractors and coordinating trades effectively\nManaging all site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and progress reports\nEnsuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures\nLiaising with clients, consultants, and stakeholders\nMonitoring project progress and reporting to senior management\n\nRequirements:\n\nProven experience as a Site Manager on new build or education projects\nStrong administrative and paperwork skills (essential)\nSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications\nExcellent leadership and communication skills\nAbility to manage programme deadlines and maintain high-quality standards
