My client within Building Services are looking for a M&E Site Manager for their Healthcare and Residential projects based in London.

About the job:

Role: Site Manager

Location: Central London

Contract: Rolling contract - 6 months at a time

Rate: Competitive

Outside IR35

What we are looking for:

Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering MEP-led packages on healthcare and residential projects

Ability to manage daily site operations, programmes, RAMS, and site logistics effectively

Confident in maintaining high health & safety standards in line with UK regulations

SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS certifications

Available to start on a 2-3 week notice
