We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations in a busy manufacturing setting. Operations Manager – Responsibilities
Oversee the entire manufacturing function, managing output from Timber, PVCu & Aluminium facilities. Implement and maintain standard factory control procedures including ISO 9001 and introduce lean management techniques. Manage the After‑Sales Team to resolve issues promptly. Ensure effective communication between departments for continuous improvement. Handle production planning and resource allocation to meet production targets. Organise staff training and ensure employees perform satisfactorily. Provide strong leadership support to manufacturing teams and motivate staff toward goals. Establish and monitor key performance indicators to meet production targets. Implement new policies and procedures related to the production process, health and safety, etc. Serve as a key member of the Senior Management Team, contributing to future planning, strategy, and development.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven senior‑level management experience in the manufacturing industry. Strong leadership and excellent communication skills. Problem‑solving, decision‑making, and a positive contribution mindset. IT literacy and good presentation techniques. Experience with lean management and ISO 9001 procedures. Familiarity with manufacturing processes for Timber, PVCu, and Aluminium. Commitment to continuous improvement and safety compliance.
