Job Title: Site Manager Location: UK Wide (Travel Required) First Job: Windsor Salary: £55,000 + Car Allowance Start Date: Immediate

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver supply and install light steel frame projects across the UK, working directly with major Tier 1 clients.

\n

This is a hands-on, site-based role requiring strong client-facing ability, excellent reporting standards, and proven experience managing site delivery from start to finish. Flexibility to travel nationwide and stay away when required is essential.

\n

You will be joining a diverse, success focused team working across a range of contracting projects. Not your average site management role, you'll find yourself working between supply and install and turnkey contracting - all utilising a specialist steel framing system.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n Overall site management of the supply and installation of light steel frame packages \n

Acting as the main point of contact on site for Tier 1 clients, maintaining strong professional relationships \n

Programme management, coordination of site activities, and subcontractor supervision \n

Accurate record keeping, daily reporting, and commercial awareness \n

Producing and maintaining site documentation, reports, RAMS, and trackers \n

Ensuring health & safety, quality, and programme targets are achieved \n

Managing site logistics and ensuring works are delivered in line with project specifications \n

Key Requirements

\n

\n Proven experience as a Site Manager on site-based construction projects \n

Strong background working with Tier 1 contractors or clients \n

Experience managing light steel frame (LGSF) projects (essential) \n

Excellent record keeping and reporting skills \n

Confident user of Field View software \n

SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid \n

Full UK driving licence \n

Strong communication and organisational skills \n

Ability to manage fast-paced delivery with minimal supervision \n
