Job Description

Elvet Recruitment are currently on the lookout for 2x Site Managers on behalf of a family-owned business, renowned for quality work on all of their projects.\n\nThe schemes would cover; County Durham, Teesside and North Yorkshire working on Groundworks, Roads & Sewers and Plotworks.\n\nDuties/Responsibilities:\n\n * Full management of site, reporting to and liaising with a Contracts Manager & Construction Director.\n\n * Leading projects from early site setup through to handover.\n\n * Ensure programmes are reviewed and updated.\n\n * Completing daily site diaries.\n\n * Ordering materials for site.\n\n * Ensure RAMS are written and updated.\n\n * Progress meetings with senior management and client.\n\n * Overseeing direct delivery teams and sub-contractors.\n\nExperience required:\n\nMust have:\n\n * Experience working as Site Agent or Site Manager.\n\n * Experience managing projects from cradle to grave.\n\n * Detailed experience with: Roads, Sewers, S278 works, Foundations, Kerbing and Drainage\n\n * SMSTS, Temporary Works, Appointed Person, First Aid.\n\nNice to have:\n\n * Engineering background, working from Site Engineer to Site Agent.\n\n * Degree qualified or HNC/HND qualified within civil engineering.\n\nRemuneration:\n\nA salary of up to £50,000 (dependant upon experience) + Package\n\nThis is a permanent position and Elvet Recruitment Limited will be acting as an employment agency for permanent recruitment on behalf of our client.\n\nBy applying for this job you accept the T&Cs, Privacy Policy and Disclaimers which can be found on our website\n\nFor more information, please contact Jack Vasey at Elvet Recruitment
