Site Manager \n\nAnnual Salary: £50,000-£55,000 + car allowance\nLocation: Teesside\nJob Type: Full-timeOur client is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead large-scale ground mount solar PV installations ranging from 200kWp to 60MWp.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone with a strong background in solar PV, comprehensive knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015, and a proven track record in managing quality systems, contractors, and Health & Safety compliance.\n\nDay-to-day of the role:\n\nOversee the setup and daily operations of the site.\nEnsure compliance with CDM Regulations and company quality standards.\nManage contractors, logistics, and site safety effectively.\nMaintain accurate documentation and provide regular progress reports.\nLiaise with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.Required Skills & Qualifications:\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in solar PV.\nSMSTS certification, First Aid, and Fire Warden training.\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nIn-depth knowledge of Health & Safety and quality systems.Benefits:\n\nHealth insurance.\nFlexible Fridays.\nBirthday off.\nVolunteer day.\nTraining support.\nPension contribution.\nIncome protection.To apply for this Site Manager position, please submit your CV detailing your relevant experience and why you are interested in this role
