Job Title: Site Manager Location: Warwickshire / West Midlands (Multiple Sites – Must be willing to travel, stay away, and work weekends if required)
Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Site Manager / Working Foreman with strong carpentry skills to lead internal refurbishment projects. This is a hands-on role involving both site management and on-the-tools work.
Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site operations
*
Carry out carpentry tasks and supervise trades on-site
*
Ensure health & safety and quality standards are met
*
Coordinate labour, materials, and schedules
*
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and project teams
*
Maintain site records and report progress
Requirements:
*
Experience in site management or as a working foreman (refurb/fit-out)
*
Strong carpentry background
*
SMSTS =, CSCS (Gold/Black), First Aid
*
Full UK driving licence and own transport
*
Willing to travel and stay away when needed
*
Able to read drawings and manage site teams
