Site Manager - Apartment Scheme

York | 3 Weeks Cover | £260 per day | Start 23rd March

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover for 3 weeks on an apartment scheme in York.

This is a great opportunity for a confident, professional Site Manager who can step in, keep the programme moving, and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day site management and supervision of trades/subcontractors Maintain high standards of quality, finish, and workmanship throughout Manage site Health & Safety, ensuring full compliance at all times Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and short-term planning Carry out snagging/finishing checks and ensure works are completed to spec Liaise with the project team and provide daily progress updates Ensure the site remains clean, organised, and client-ready

Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager on apartment schemes Strong finishing and snagging eye for detail SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid Confident running site operations independently during cover period Strong communication and leadership skillsIf available and interested then please apply with your CV.
