York | 3 Weeks Cover | £260 per day | Start 23rd March We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to provide holiday cover for 3 weeks on an apartment scheme in York. This is a great opportunity for a confident, professional Site Manager who can step in, keep the programme moving, and maintain the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day site management and supervision of trades/subcontractors Maintain high standards of quality, finish, and workmanship throughout Manage site Health & Safety , ensuring full compliance at all times Coordinate deliveries, site logistics, and short-term planning Carry out snagging/finishing checks and ensure works are completed to spec Liaise with the project team and provide daily progress updates Ensure the site remains clean, organised, and client-ready
