Urgent Site Manager Required in Stevenage / Tottenham

We’re working on behalf of a long-standing client who requires a Freelance Site Manager to cover a 4-week holiday period, starting next Monday. The first two weeks will be based on site in Stevenage, followed by two weeks in Tottenham.

The ideal candidate will be a confident, hands-on manager with a solid understanding of Health & Safety compliance and site operations. You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day running of site, coordinating trades, ensuring work is delivered safely and to programme.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site activities

*

Ensure Health & Safety regulations are fully adhered to

*

Manage subcontractors and daily site operations

*

Report progress to the main contractor/client

*

Keep accurate site records and logs

Requirements:

*

Valid SMSTS

*

Valid CSCS card

*

Previous experience as a Site Manager

*

Strong understanding of construction health and safety protocols

*

Must be available to start Monday
