We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Freelance Site Manager to oversee back of house areas on a large new build residential scheme in Southall. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in delivering similar projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to high quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Manage and coordinate all back of house construction activities\n\n * \n\n Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams\n\n * \n\n Ensure health & safety compliance across allocated zones\n\n * \n\n Monitor progress and report to senior management\n\n * \n\n Maintain quality standards and site documentation\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Site Manager on large-scale residential new builds\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of construction processes and BOH coordination\n\n * \n\n SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications\n\n * \n\n Proactive, organised, and a strong communicator
