Site Manager Commercial Fit Out Location: Dundonald Salary: £45,000 £55,000 + package The Role Black Fox Solutions is working with a well-established commercial fit-out contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager. This is a key delivery role with responsibility for managing live projects, coordinating site and design teams, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. You will oversee multiple subcontractors, act as a primary point of contact for clients, and manage day-to-day site operations. A proactive approach, strong leadership, and a commitment to quality and compliance are essential. This role would suit someone looking to grow with a progressive business and take ownership of projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Day-to-day management of site operations and design teams Coordination and management of subcontractors and suppliers Client liaison and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle Programming, scheduling, and procurement of materials Ensuring all works are delivered in line with drawings and specifications Maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety and legislative compliance Monitoring quality, progress, and site performance Supporting successful project delivery across multiple contracts Experience & Skills Required Strong site management experience within a commercial fit-out environment Proven ability to manage subcontractors and client relationships Experience with site programming and scheduling Excellent attention to detail with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications Well organised, efficient, and proactive in approach Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements and best practice IT literate Full UK Driving Licence Flexibility to work across Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, or the wider UK when required Desirable Experience & Qualifications CSCS / CSR / SMSTS First Aid certification Experience in high-end joinery projects Experience using Procore software Willingness to work overtime, nights, or weekends when required Whats on Offer Competitive salary of £45,000 £55,000 Company van Company pension scheme BUPA Cash Plan / Aviva healthcare Death in service benefit Generous annual leave entitlement Planned medical leave Clear opportunities for career progression and professional development Supportive and collaborative working environment Skills: Fitout Site Management CSCS
