Job Title: Site Manager – Residential House Building
Location: Malmesbury, Wiltshire
Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

We are working in partnership with a highly regarded, bespoke house builder who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee a brand-new residential development in Malmesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to join a quality-driven business with multiple future sites already secured in the local area, offering strong long-term prospects.

The Role:

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the development is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Full site management from start to completion

*

Managing subcontractors and direct labour

*

Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times

*

Maintaining build quality in line with bespoke standards

*

Coordinating materials, deliveries, and site logistics

*

Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams

*

Reporting progress against programme and budgets

About You:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential house building

*

Background working on high-quality or bespoke developments preferred

*

Strong leadership and communication skills

*

Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and health & safety regulations

*

SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)
