Job Title: Site Manager - Residential House Building Location: Malmesbury, Wiltshire Salary: Up to £70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus We are working in partnership with a highly regarded, bespoke house builder who are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee a brand-new residential development in Malmesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to join a quality-driven business with multiple future sites already secured in the local area, offering strong long-term prospects. The Role: As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the development is delivered safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Full site management from start to completion Managing subcontractors and direct labour Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times Maintaining build quality in line with bespoke standards Coordinating materials, deliveries, and site logistics Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams Reporting progress against programme and budgets
About You:
Proven experience as a Site Manager within residential house building Background working on high-quality or bespoke developments preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent knowledge of NHBC standards and health & safety regulations SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential)
