This pivotal role ensures the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of our Stoke site while supporting continuous improvement and business growth. What You'll Be Doing Lead a team of engineers and contractors to maintain and develop site infrastructure. Ensure compliance, safety, and environmental standards while meeting KPIs. Manage budgets, resources, and capital projects effectively. Integrate maintenance activities into SAP PM and maintain safety databases. Drive preventative maintenance and oversee contracted services for value and compliance. Deliver high-quality engineering services and lead technical projects.
