Sous Chef Contract Catering

£19.69 (£22.07 Inclusive of Holiday) to £20.00 (£22.41 Inclusive of Holiday) per Hour ( Agency) We seek experienced Sous Chefs for flexible work across central London to join our contract catering division and work in corporate businesses. Work is Monday to Friday, with the option to work evenings and weekends with our events team. You will be working in various kitchens across London, including staff restaurants, hospitality kitchens, Executive and director dining, and production kitchens. This is an Agency role on a zero-hour contract - so you can work as much or as little or a short or long period of time as you need or want.

Remuneration Hourly Paid £19.69 (£22.07 Per Hour Inclusive of Holiday) to £20.00 (£22.41 Inclusive of Holiday) per Hour The rate varies depending on the clients and caterers. Weekly Paid Times of Work Monday to Friday Working Hours- 7/8 am till 3/4 pm Evening Functions

Some Sites will have Doubles for Evening functions Weekend and/or Evening work also available with our events team What and Where Hospitality, Directors Dining and Fine Dining Staff Restaurant for all sizes of office catering Clients are based throughout London to suit your home or work location. Experience and Requirements Relevant Chef Experience- Fresh Food and Volume. Minimum 3 years experience needed at Sous Chef Level Licence/Certifications: Level 2 & 3 Food Safety Certificate Allergen Training -Certificate Your own Presentable chef whites, hat, apron, knives, and Full back steel-toe cap safety shoes Right to Work in the UK If you are interested in a role, please apply now.
