Estimated Annual Gross Remuneration Package €29,400 - €41,604
What Youll Do
Depending on your role, you will:
Deliver exceptional service with confidence, attention to detail, and pace
Create memorable guest experiences in a high-volume, premium setting
Work closely with a passionate team to uphold Bagatelle standards
Support a smooth opening and help set the tone for long-term success
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence at all times
What Were Looking For
Previous experience in hospitality (fine dining, beach club, premium casual, or high-volume venues is a plus)
Strong communication skills and a guest-first mindset
Team players who are reliable, proactive, and professional under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasons
A positive attitude and pride in your craft

Remuneration Package*
Estimated Gross Monthly Salary - €1,900
Estimated Gross Monthly Service Charge - €550
Total Estimated Monthly Gross Salary - €2,450
Total Estimated Net Income - €1,884.97
*If an employee works more than 40 hours a week, overtime compensation is included
**Additional cash tips are expected
