The Sous Chef will need to have creative flair and organisational skills to deliver stunning dishes across multiple meeting rooms for working lunches and events Working Monday to Friday only, the Sous Chef will manage one Chef de Partie and will work closely with the Executive & Head Chef in menu creation, recipe writing and concept development This Sous Chef position is paying up to £44k per annum plus paid overtime or time taken back in lieu Experience of working in a high-volume Hospitality contract catering kitchen for two years is essential.
