The Role
Support the Head Chef in delivering consistently exceptional cuisine
Prepare and cook dishes from daily-changing, seasonal menus
Assist with menu planning, costing, and stock control
Lead and mentor the kitchen team as required
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene and food safety
The Ideal Candidate
Experienced Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef from a Rosette or fine-dining background
Passion for refined, seasonal cuisine and attention to detail
Creative, organised, and hands-on leader
Level 3 Food Safety preferred
Full UK driving licence essential
